Kerala Polytechnic Admission 2025 Single Window Online Registration
Kerala Polytechnic Diploma Admission 2025-26 has been started. The directorate of technical education, Kerala has released notification for admission to the three year Diploma courses approved by AICTE/CoA* and conducted by institutions affiliated to the SBTE Kerala under
the Directorate of Technical Education/ IHRD/CAPE/LBS. The candidates are required to submit the online application registration through the Admission Portal www.polyadmission.org.
Kerala Polytechnic Diploma admission 2025
Kerala Polytechnic diploma admission in Kerala will be made through a centralized allotment process. The candidates should have to apply online through the official admission portal to participate in the allotment process. The selection of candidates and the admission will be based on the Plytechnic allotment list published by the DTE Kerala. The Polytechnic diploma programmes are available in two streams
1. Diploma in Engineering &Technology.
2. Diploma in Management
Categorization of Seats
Government Seats: The seats set apart by the Director of Technical Education in the Govt./Govt. Aided/self financing institutions are called “Government Seats.
Management Seats in Aided Polytechnic Colleges: These are the seats set apart in the aided institutions, to be filled up by the management concerned. 15% of sanctioned intake of each
Programme are set apart under this category.
Management Seats in Private Self-Financing Polytechnic Colleges: These are the seats set apart in the Self Financing Programmes to be filled up by the management concerned. 50% of sanctioned intake of each Programme is set apart under this category.
Payment for Application Registration
The candidate shall complete a onetime Registration process in the admission portal by remitting Rs. 200/- (For scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates, it shall be Rs. 100/-) submitting details including valid mobile number, valid email id etc. This mobile number shall be considered as the candidate’s registered mobile number and shall be essential for all activities (including OTP) related to admission. During the process, candidates will get a system generated registration number.

How to Apply for Polytechnic Admission
Application to Single Window Admission to Polytechnic Colleges 2025-26 starts on 21-05-2025. The prospectus for Polytechnic diploma courses is available for free download from the website “www.polyadmission.org”. Candidates are requested to apply online through the site : www.polyadmission.org. Last date for Registration of applications at Polytechnic Colleges with remitting the required fee will be on 10-06-2025. For more details visit www.polyadmission.org
The candidate shall login using the registered mobile number or the registration number with
OTP.
Candidates shall use different links for submitting the application for the following categories:
a) Application for seats in Govt./Govt. aided/Govt. Cost-Sharing(IHRD/CAPE/LBS)/Govt.
seats in Self Financing
b) Application for NCC quota seats
c) Application for Sports quota seats
d) Application for Management quota seats in Aided/Self Financing institutions.
Candidates shall select appropriate links and submit their applications. A candidate can submit only one application each in categories (a), (b) and (c).
A candidate should submit separate applications for management quota seats in Aided/ self financing institutions he /she wishes to apply. Applications to Management seats can be submitted up to the last date of admission.
Candidates can view/print all the submitted applications in his/her login.
Corrections if any in the submitted application can be made by the candidate through his/her
login until the last date of online submission of application

The candidates should have to pass SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination.

Science subjects are eligible to apply for both Engineering stream and Management stream
